Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Legal Framework

We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 13; Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023; Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995; and Law of Ukraine 'On Package Travel Services' No. 1833-VII of 04.03.2014.

2. Cancellation by the Consumer

Before ordering, we provide clear pre-contract information. You may cancel a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. For package travel, cancellation terms, including any fees, are shown before booking and follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Package Travel Services' No. 1833-VII of 04.03.2014.

3. Refunds

If you validly cancel, we refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after cancellation. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may deduct fees only where the law allows and where they were clearly disclosed before you placed your order.

4. Package Travel Services

For package travel, you receive accurate information about the operator, itinerary, total price, insurance, and cancellation terms before booking. If significant changes occur or the package is cancelled, you are offered a refund or an alternative in line with the Law of Ukraine 'On Package Travel Services' No. 1833-VII of 04.03.2014 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.

5. Consumer Rights and Disputes

You are informed of your right to apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and to court for disputes under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
