Terms of Service

These Terms govern ski holiday bookings with bucketflowery.com (PE), EDRPOU 58567294, Kyiv, Ukraine.

1. Provider

Under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 13, we provide full details: bucketflowery.com, PE, EDRPOU 58567294, contact@bucketflowery.com, +380 953 247 3961.

2. Booking

A contract forms on our written confirmation. Pre-contract information is given before you order, per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.

3. Payment

Prices are as shown at checkout. Deposit and balance terms appear on the booking page. Third-party payment providers may be used.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel under distance contract rules (Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023). Fees and refund timelines are in the pre-contract information. Refunds go to the original payment method.

5. Financial protection

For package travel, we comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Package Travel Services' No. 1833-VII of 04.03.2014 (operator, itinerary, price, insurance, cancellation). For EU-linked bookings, EU Directive 2015/2302 also applies.

6. Liability

We are liable for proper performance under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

7. Personal data

We process data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. See our Privacy Policy for controller, basis and cookies.

8. Consumer rights

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court. Contact us first at contact@bucketflowery.com.
